Sleeps up to 22. Perched above the Old Head of Kinsale with 360° Atlantic views. Six bedrooms, a dining room that seats 22, a private garden with pitch and putt, and ground floor bedrooms for guests who need easy access. The ultimate family and celebration home.
Best for: multigenerational families, large celebrations, hen weekends.
FOUR WINDS
Sleeps up to 26. Elevated above the Bandon River with sweeping countryside views, Four Winds is traditional on the outside and luxuriously designed within. Six spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen built for group cooking, and a relaxed, unhurried setting just a short drive from Kinsale town.
Best for: family groups, friend gatherings, celebration weekends.
MARINA VIEW
Sleeps up to 20. A single-storey home nestled in a beautiful garden with stunning views across Kinsale harbour. Six bedrooms, a sun-filled gazebo, and an outdoor space that children absolutely love, with a trampoline, swings and table tennis that keep them happy for hours.
Best for: family holidays, summer getaways, groups with young children.
RIVERVIEW
Sleeps up to 26. Brand new and beautifully finished, Riverview sits in a peaceful countryside setting with lovely views across the river. Five bedrooms, a generous garden and a covered cabana make it an ideal base for a group that wants privacy, fresh air and room to breathe. Best for: smaller groups, family celebrations, couples travelling together.
THE TOWN HOUSE
Sleeps up to 16. The only one of our six homes set right in the heart of Kinsale town, The Town House puts everything on your doorstep: restaurants, bars, the harbour and the marina, all within walking distance. Six bedrooms across three floors, ideal for groups who want to be in the middle of it all.
Best for: golf trips, town explorers, groups who prefer to walk everywhere.
BALLYWILLIAM
Sleeps up to 32. A magnificent Georgian mansion on the water’s edge, with three acres of grounds and a rich musical history. Eight bedrooms, sweeping riverside views, and a sense of occasion that no modern property can replicate. Best for: special occasions, US visitors seeking historic Ireland, large groups.
